What your techs see on the call.

  1. Step 1

    They tell it what they're looking at.

    Residential or commercial. AC split, heat pump, furnace, boiler, mini split, rooftop unit, walk-in, rack system, ice machine. Pick the symptom. The app only shows the ones that fit that unit.

    They enter the readings, or take a photo.

Do my techs pay?

No. Plans are billed to the company, per technician. Techs on your plan never pay. An independent tech without a company gets 5 free diagnostics a month, or 60 a month on the $9.99 Individual plan.

How do techs join my company?

Your Account and Team screens show a company invite code. A tech enters it at sign-up and appears on your roster. Regenerate the code any time; the old one stops working immediately.

Which equipment does it cover?

Residential: AC split, heat pump, package unit, mini split, furnace, boiler. Commercial: rooftop unit (RTU), walk-in, reach-in, rack system, ice machine, split system, VRF. Refrigerants from R-410A, R-32 and R-454B to R-448A, R-404A and R-290.

Does it replace the technician?

No. It can't hold the gauges. It's a second set of eyes: it checks their numbers against the physics, tells them when a reading contradicts the theory, and flags unsafe conditions. The tech confirms the diagnosis and closes the call.

What about our data?

Readings, photos and work orders are stored in your team's accounts. Contractors see their own team only. Only techs who mark themselves open to work appear in Find Techs. Delete your account from inside the app any time. Details in the Privacy Policy.
